Our Candle Bar holds limited seating, and many of our classes sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel/reschedule at least 24hr before your scheduled class. This will allow us to offer your spot to another customer. You may call us at (805) 888-9249 between the hours of 10am to 5pm from Monday to Saturday to cancel/reschedule. Also you can email us at hello@themayancollective.com. Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least 24hr notice of your need to cancel/reschedule, we will credit your payment toward another class. However, if you do not cancel/reschedule with at least 24hr notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.

Due to the size of our shop, we allow one person per candle. We don’t allow sharing candle pouring.
